Tummer Alston Sr

December 10, 1939 - February 22, 2020

He leaves to cherish his memory his daughters: Dorothy McCall (nee Chaney), Laura Alston, and Nicole Cromer, all of Lorain, Ohio; his sisters, Mary Ann Evans (Johnny) and Dessie Mae Moore; brothers, James Alston, Odimiah Alston and Peter Alston; and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members.

Tummer was preceded in death by his loving wife, Jettie Mae Alston; daughters, Linda Mae Alston, Annie Alston and Joann Alston; sons Jerome Alston, Adam Alston, and Tommy & Tummer Jr. Alston; his parents, Lawyer Taylor and Annie Mae Alston; his brothers: John, Joseph, Nathaniel, and Eli Alston, and sisters: Viola President, Elizabeth May, Janie Noble, Rosie “Honey” Capers, Rosanna Johnson, Maple Jackson, Francis “Nee” Taylor, and Luvenia Hollis.

Tummer will be dearly missed.
